Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Within 1 day of order placement: You can cancel your order within 1 day of placing it. To cancel, contact our customer care team at mvhaven2002@gmail.com or call +91 83270 16255.
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Cancellations

Custom-made and made-to-order products are crafted specifically for you. Cancellation terms for these orders are as follows:

  • Before production begins: Full refund minus any design/setup fees already incurred.
  • After production has begun: A partial refund (up to 50% of the order value) may be issued at our discretion, depending on how far production has progressed.
  • After production is complete: Custom-made items that have been completed are not eligible for cancellation or refund, as they have been made to your specific requirements. Please refer to our Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Policy for full details.

3. Order Cancellation by M&V Haven

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
  • There was a pricing or product information error on the website.
  • We are unable to verify your payment or detect fraudulent activity.
  • The order was placed using an unauthorised or invalid coupon code.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, and we will notify you via email or phone.

4. How to Cancel an Order

  1. Contact our customer care team with your order number to request a cancellation.
  2. Once cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original payment method.
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • UPI and net banking refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
